Notable Accomplishments:
Led the charge to introduce the company's first-ever plasmapheresis elearning suite, which has over 100k logins in ~3.5 years, with a 99% approval rating.
Developed the first Blood Center training portal and collection of elearning programs, including: Whole Blood Training, Apheresis Training, and Cell Processing Training.
Conceptualized and successfully launched the Webinar Training portal in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic, which is returning a 98% approval rating and saving company resources from travel concerns.
Oversaw and managed the development of company's first-ever Blood Center and Hospital business unit websites; which included [simultaneously] acting as the project manager and being part of the development team: authoring content/web coding in the Sitecore 10 CRM platform.
Managed the production of blood collection training videos for the American Red Cross and thereafter launched an online video library for the organization training video assets.
